Why Us?

Steve Bertsch has been an agent for 17 years starting in 2000 at Farmers Insurance and then becoming an Independent Agent in 2009. Being an independent agent allows our team to offer a wider variety of policies and options. Not all policies are alike and a “one policy fits all” plan has never been a good solution for everyone. One of the questions we get asked a lot is who will be my agent and who do I call? You call us, plain and simple. We can help you with changes, billing questions, claims and every other question you may have about your policy.

Even with over 15 years of experience in the insurance field, Steve Bertsch still relies most on his own experience as a homeowner and a citizen of Idaho to understand the needs of his clients. His goal is to provide the best possible coverage for the best value for the people of the Treasure Valley and the state of Idaho.

Angie Mullin

Angie is the newest member of our team but by no means the least experienced. Angie moved to Idaho in 2015 from Wyoming where she was an agent with an independent agency and represented some of the same companies we now use. Her knowledge of the insurance industry has been a huge asset to our agency.

Quality customer service is a priority for Paula, who uses her own experience as a customer herself, to provide superior service to our clients.
